Meridian Prime Impact · Pillar 04 · Patient capital

Capital with a duty.

Meridian Prime Impact is the Six Degrees Group capital fund. Patient, sovereign-grade capital — deployed to lift communities above the poverty line through coordinated technology and infrastructure interventions, in partnership with the rest of the portfolio.

The thesis

Poverty is not a charity problem. It is an infrastructure problem.

Most impact capital tries to solve symptom-level problems with short-cycle deployments. Meridian Prime is built on a different bet: that the deepest, most durable improvements in human possibility come from coordinated, infrastructure-grade interventions — and that those interventions need patient capital and operational capability working together.

We deploy capital where Six Degrees Group can also deploy technology (through Precog Labs), infrastructure (through Telau Group International), and presence (through Innovation Embassy). The four pillars compound on each other. That compounding is what makes the impact durable.

The mandate, in one sentence

"Lift communities above the poverty line through coordinated technology and infrastructure — and stay until the work compounds locally without us."

How we deploy

Four-stage theory of change.

Every Meridian Prime deployment follows the same four-stage model — and every stage is coordinated with the rest of the Six Degrees portfolio.

01

Diagnose

Identify a community where the binding constraint to economic flourishing is fixable with the Six Degrees capability set. Validate with local government and community partners through the relevant Innovation Embassy.

02

Deploy infrastructure

Telau Group International builds the physical floor — modular housing, road and pavement systems, connectivity. Meridian Prime underwrites the capital. Local labour and supply chains are integrated from day one.

03

Activate technology

Precog Labs deploys the software that the infrastructure carries — AI capability, tokenised local assets, digital identity. Skills transfer is a deliverable; local engineers operate the stack.

04

Compound

We stay until the local economy operates the system without us. Measured outcomes — lives moved above the poverty line, businesses formed, capital recirculating — are audited and published.

Coordinated handover
Investment criteria

What we look for in a deployment.

A Meridian Prime deployment is not a grant, and it is not a venture investment. It is a coordinated capital + operational commitment with a specific shape.

01

Coordinated capability

The community's binding constraint can be addressed by deploying at least two of the four Six Degrees Group pillars together. Single-pillar interventions are de-prioritised.

02

Auditable outcomes

The impact thesis is measurable — lives moved above the poverty line, businesses formed, capital retained locally. We commit to publishing the audit.

03

Local sovereignty

The community is the primary author of the deployment. Skills transfer is a precondition. We leave when the local operator can run the system better than we could.

04

Patient horizon

The work compounds on a five-to-ten-year horizon. Capital partners committing alongside us share that horizon.

05

Sovereign partnership

Active alignment with government and community partners at the city, state, and national level — coordinated through the relevant Innovation Embassy.

06

Operational rigor

Institutional-grade reporting, compliance, and governance. Impact capital does not get a discount on the standards a sovereign LP would expect.

The measurement frame

What we track. What we publish.

Meridian Prime publishes an annual impact audit covering every active deployment. The metrics below are the standing framework — applied to every community, in every region, with the same definitions.

Where the work compounds
"There are billions of people who cannot benefit from a vector database, a Layer-1 blockchain, or a tokenization platform because the road has not been built, the roof does not exist, and the internet has not yet arrived.

Meridian Prime is the capital that closes that distance — alongside the technology, the infrastructure, and the people willing to do the work."

Capital partners and aligned LPs.

Meridian Prime works alongside sovereign-grade capital — DFI, family office, foundation, and aligned institutional LPs willing to operate on the horizon the work actually compounds on. Conversations open through Innovation Embassy.
